Hours:

Experience:

Active RN license in good standing Extensive experience in the Operating Room (minimum 1-2 years preferred) Current BLS and ACLS certifications Compact license preferred, or eligibility to obtain Colorado state RN license Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-acuity OR environments Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities:

Circulate and scrub in various surgical procedures Collaborate with surgeons and the perioperative team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after operations Maintain a sterile field and uphold rigorous infection control standards Document procedures accurately and efficiently Provide patient-centered care while supporting patient and family needs
