JOB SUMMARY
Avida Home Health is hiring an RN for immediate start — part-time to full-time, covering Evergreen and the surrounding mountain communities. Medicare-certified and ACHC-accredited, Avida has a strong reputation for wound care. You'll join a small, close-knit clinical team with direct access to leadership. Flexible scheduling available, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver skilled nursing visits to home health patients in the Evergreen area and surrounding mountain communities
- Manage wound care, medication management, disease education, and care plan coordination
- Document visits in our EHR (Alora)
- Collaborate with our clinical team to help patients heal at home and avoid hospital readmission
COMPENSATION
- Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between patient visits
Pay:
$63.00- $70.
