Position Overview:

$50/hour $75/hour overtime Monday - Friday No weekends or holidays!

Position Details:

Provide skilled nursing care to participants per facility policies and regulations. Assist with exams, testing, treatments, and provider orders. Triage participant and staff calls; schedule outside appointments as needed. Administer medications, monitor compliance, and educate on self-administration. Document care, maintain medical records, and update nursing care plans. Provide health counseling and education to participants and families. Supervise LPNs, MAs, and CNA staff; ensure clinic supplies are maintained. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and comply with all policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

2 years + RN experience Geriatric Nursing experience highly preferred AHA BLS CO or multistate RN license in good standing Clean BG upon hire Apply now to be considered!
