What they do
A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Job Description
- External RN's are eligible for a $6k Seasonal Incentive. PRN not eligible
- $400/month Summit County housing stipend available for full time residents of Summit, Park, Eagle, Grand, Clear Creek or Lake Counties. Must work at least 80% physically on-site at a CommonSpirit facility in Summit County and full time or part time status (PRN ineligible). More details available upon offer.
- As our RN, you will assume responsibility for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team and patient/family to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient, advancing modern nursing through compassionate care.

- Day to Day duties: Circulate and/or Scrub on all cases.
- 36hrs/ week
- Variable shifts per surgical volume and current unit needs Call required
- Every night from 9pm to 7am is covered by call with an average call requirement of 7 nights per schedule period.
Physical Requirements:
