What they do
A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Job Description
Shift:
7:00 PM - 7:30AM Experience:
- 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
- 12 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience.
- ASN completion required.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license (required for submission).
- This role will require floating to multiple units
- Local & travel allowed.
- COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
- 12 months gap required between for Staff at

Required Credentials:
ASN - Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.Preferred Credentials:
Bachelor's degree of Nursing is preferred.Unit Details:
Not a step-down unit.Shift & Scheduling:
Weekends required. May be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.Floating Requirements:
May be required to float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications based on business need. 14 days maximum time off 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years Proof of identification requiredCertifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
