This position involves providing high-level, direct patient care within the Progressive Care Unit, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices in a technically complex environment such as ICU or PCU. The role emphasizes teamwork, patient-centered wellness, safety, and quality, with opportunities for precepting and professional growth.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering comprehensive nursing care aligned with specialty standards and models like AACN's Synergy Model. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Supporting new staff and fostering a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Current Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges. At least 1 year of nursing experience. ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association or Red Cross). Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and team-oriented mindset.
