• Part-Time to Full-Time About Steadman Aesthetics Steadman Aesthetics is a five-star medspa in Greenwood Village focused on safe, natural-looking results, thoughtful treatment planning, and long-term client relationships.

Compensation $45 per hour plus 10% commission on collected treatment revenue from services personally performed. Schedule and growth opportunity This position begins with a part-time schedule, generally two to three days per week. Additional days and full-time hours are available when sustained client bookings, production, retention, rebooking, and team fit support the expanded schedule. The right provider can grow this into a full-time role; full-time hours are not guaranteed at hire. We do not expect a provider to transfer a full book on day one. We do need someone with either a credible existing client pipeline or documented production, retention, referral, rebooking, and business-development results showing they can help build and support their schedule. What you'll do

• Perform safe, high-quality neurotoxin, dermal filler, and biostimulant treatments
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and create ethical, individualized treatment plans
• Educate clients on treatment options, skincare, aftercare, and maintenance
• Build durable client relationships through excellent outcomes, follow-up, retention, and rebooking
• Grow a practice through referrals, community presence, responsible business development, and professional social content
• Maintain complete charting, consent, photography, inventory, safety, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with the Steadman Aesthetics team to grow both your practice and the medspa What we're looking for
• Active Colorado RN, NP, or PA license in good standing
• At least two years of independent, hands-on aesthetic injection experience
• Strong neurotoxin and dermal filler portfolio with natural-looking results
• A transferable client following or documented production, retention, referral, rebooking, or business-development performance
• Confident consultation skills and an ethical, service-oriented sales approach
• Strong communication, follow-through, documentation, and patient-safety habits
• Willingness to participate in appropriate marketing and content creation during scheduled work time
• Experience with PRP, weight-management services, threads, biostimulants, or advanced skin treatments is helpful but not required Benefits
