Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) - ED / Med-Surg We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care based on comprehensive patient assessments, clinical judgment, effective communication, collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, and identification of patient education needs. Subspecialties Emergency Room (ER/ED) Nurse Med-Surg/Orthopedic Adult Med-Surg Medical-Surgical/Floor Nurse Responsibilities & Competencies Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to patients. Support the organization's vision, mission, and values. Maintain confidentiality of all patient and work-related information. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Provide courteous, compassionate, and respectful service to patients, families, and colleagues. Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate flexibility in changing situations. Participate in identifying problems and recommending appropriate solutions. Report compliance concerns in accordance with the organization's compliance program. Follow established policies, procedures, and standards of nursing practice. Maintain patient and caregiver safety through appropriate clinical practices and safe body mechanics.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing. Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado. Current BLS certification required. ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required. Strong clinical, communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Ability to demonstrate manual dexterity and physical agility necessary to operate equipment and perform required nursing procedures.
