The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering nursing care to residents in accordance with company policies and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The RN ensures residents receive the highest level of quality care while maintaining dignity, safety, and respect at all times.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrates commitment to the organization's mission, values, and ethical standards Assesses, monitors, and documents residents' clinical conditions and changes in status Provides professional nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans Participates in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings Initiates emergency interventions when necessary Coordinates resident admissions, transfers, and discharges, including required documentation Ensures accurate, timely, and complete nursing documentation in the medical record Maintains compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies Supports a collaborative and respectful team environmentKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado Nursing degree from an accredited college or approved RN program 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred ; Skilled Nursing Facility experience strongly desired Current CPR certification Strong assessment, documentation, and clinical judgment skills Ability to manage multiple residents while maintaining quality care standards Familiarity with clinical equipment such as monitors, infusion devices, and drainsCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS
