FACE Colorado Aesthetics is a medical aesthetics practice dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality cosmetic treatments in a supportive and professional environment. FACE Colorado Aesthetics emphasizes patient education, natural-looking results, and long-term relationship building. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP, or PA) role based in Johnstown, CO. The professional in this role will provide injectable aesthetic treatments, such as neuromodulators and dermal fillers, following evidence-based protocols and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient consultations, obtaining medical histories, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting all care in accordance with regulatory and practice guidelines. The role also involves educating patients on treatment options, pre- and post-care instructions, potential risks, and expected outcomes while maintaining a high level of patient comfort and trust. The injector will collaborate with the clinical and administrative team, support practice growth through excellent patient experiences, and participate in ongoing training and professional development. Responsibilities also include treatment planning, patient education, documentation, patient follow-up, and supporting the patient experience from consultation through post-treatment care. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure with significant earning potential for a motivated provider committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and helping grow the practice. Qualifications Current, unrestricted RN, PA, or NP license in the State of Colorado, with good standing and eligibility to practice in a medical aesthetics setting. Demonstrated proficiency in aesthetic injecting techniques (e.g., neuromodulators, dermal fillers), with a strong commitment to safety, precision, and natural-looking results. Experience performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting care in electronic medical records or similar systems. Strong patient communication and education skills, including the ability to explain procedures, set realistic expectations, and provide clear pre- and post-treatment guidance. Ability to work collaboratively in a relationship-driven, patient-focused clinical environment, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and respect for patients and colleagues. Comfort with maintaining treatment rooms and supplies, adhering to infection control and OSHA standards, and following all applicable regulations and clinic protocols. Ongoing interest in professional development, including participation in trainings, workshops, and certifications related to aesthetic medicine. Established patient following and prior experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical aesthetics are strongly preferred. Candidates with relevant clinical experience, a demonstrated interest in aesthetics, and a proven ability to build and maintain patient relationships will be considered. Priority will be given to applicants who can contribute to practice growth through patient retention, referrals, and the development of a loyal patient base. Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling, charting, and practice management software are beneficial.
Pay:
$75.00 - $150.00 per hour
