You'll play a critical role during some of the most vulnerable hours of our patients' recovery. What You'll Do As a Night Shift Floor RN, you'll provide compassionate, hands-on care while working with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to support patients through their recovery journey.Your responsibilities include:
Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care in a psychiatric and behavioral health setting Administering medications and closely monitoring patient responses overnight Responding to crises with confidence, using de-escalation and intervention techniques Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure continuity of care Accurately documenting patient progress and maintaining compliance with all standards Offering education and reassurance to patients, helping them stay on track toward long-term wellness What We're Looking For Current RN license (in good standing). ADN considered with relevant experience. Prior psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience a plus, but not required—training provided. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills. Must be 21 years or older. Why Join Us?
