Key Qualifications:

Current and valid RN license Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing Ability to perform independent nursing and delegated medical functions Competence in patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care Strong collaboration and communication skills Adaptable to floating within scope and on-call responsibilities Commitment to high clinical standards and compassionate patient care

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver independent and delegated medical care per state Board of Nursing practice standards Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing monitoring Provide health teaching, counseling, therapy, and restorative support Implement and monitor therapy plans; refer patients as needed Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory requirements Consult with, supervise, or educate staff as needed Uphold the mission, vision, and values of the healthcare facility
