Key Experience & Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced ER environment Collect and assess health data, providing ongoing monitoring of patient status Deliver supportive and restorative therapies and treatments Educate and counsel patients and families on health needs Consult, supervise, or delegate as appropriate to ensure best patient outcomes Document care activities in accordance with guidelines Promote and uphold facility mission, vision, and values Adapt to the needs of the department, including floating and on-call shifts
