Schedule/Hours:
Travel contract assignment (specific shift details to be provided)
Qualifications:
Current RN license, eligible in the state of Colorado Minimum of 2 years recent ER nursing experience preferred BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Strong critical thinking, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
Independently perform nursing functions and execute delegated medical commands in alignment with state Board of Nursing standards Continuously assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care Provide health education, counseling, and therapeutic interventions to patients and families Oversee and document patient therapies, treatment plans, and outcomes Collaborate with interprofessional teams, refer patients as needed, and float to departments within scope, as required Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory documentation standards Uphold facility mission, vision, and core values in every interaction Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled
