Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care WSi Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a short-term night-shift contract at a skilled nursing facility in Monte Vista, Colorado. This is a great opportunity for an RN who is comfortable working independently overnight and providing hands-on care in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate nursing care for residents Complete resident assessments and monitor changes in condition Administer medications and prescribed treatments Document assessments, medications, treatments, and progress notes in the EHR Communicate changes in resident condition to providers and appropriate staff Perform charge nurse responsibilities as needed Prioritize assignments and delegate appropriately to nursing staff and CNAs Support infection prevention and facility safety practices
