Job Description

At Mountain Springs Recovery, our nurses play a critical role in helping individuals through detox, stabilization, and early recovery. The work is fast-paced, structured, and incredibly rewarding. Pay Range:
$40-45 an hour plus $3 differentialSchedule:
12-hour shiftsOvernight:
6:00pm-6:30am 3 times a week ✨ Why Nurses Like Working Here Behavioral health nursing is busy, engaging, and very human. You'll work from a central nurse station where clients come to you, giving you a steady home base even on fast-paced days. New to behavioral health? That's okay! We train and support our nurses and make sure you feel confident in the role. If you're curious what the day-to-day actually looks like, we're happy to show you. What You'll Do Complete nursing intake assessments and support detox treatment plans Conduct daily nurse visits and monitor client health status Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments Process labs and communicate results Maintain accurate, compliant documentation (HIPAA & regulatory standards) Respond to medical concerns with confidence and compassion Support clients through detox and stabilization Collaborate with providers, RNs, LPNs, and the clinical team Communicate with families when appropriate Coordinate hospital transfers and nurse-to-nurse communication Maintain medical supply inventory Participate in trainings and staff meetings Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing What You'll Bring Active RN license in the state of Colorado CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to stay calm and organized in fast-paced situations Strong documentation skills and attention to detail Compassion, professionalism, and a team mindset SUD/MH experience is a plus — but not required Benefits & Perks Free lunch every day Quarterly KPI bonuses Supportive, approachable leadership Interested?
