Our healthcare partner in Pagosa Springs is seeking an experienced Med Surg RN to join their team and provide exceptional care to patients in the Med Surg Unit. As a Med Surg RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care.

You will be responsible for:

Performing comprehensive patient assessments and care planning Administering medications, IV therapy, and other treatments accurately Monitoring patients for changes in condition and reporting findings Documenting assessments and care in the Cerner EHR system Providing patient and family education on treatment plans and follow-up care Collaborating with providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to safety protocols Requirements for this role include: Minimum of 5 years of Med Surg or Emergency Room experience Previous traveler experience Cerner EHR/EMR experience Graduate of an accredited RN program Current Colorado or Compact RN license Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Basic computer skills and electronic health record experience Need 2 years experience in setting Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
