A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Registered Nurse $55.00-$59.00/hourly Dayshift and Nightshift available •Next day pay available •

Paonia Colorado is a beautiful rural small town that truly embraces uniqueness and natural harmony. At Paonia Care and Rehabilitation, we strive to create a homelike environment with assistance from out hands on care team. We are searching for RN's that can be advocates, teammates, and are ready to make a difference in our residents lifes.
What You'll Do:
Provide direct nursing care to residents Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options Assist in creating and implementing care plans that address the individual residents' needs Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) Monitoring residents and communicating changes to physicians
What You'll Need:
Valid CO RN License High School Diploma or GED Valid First Aid and CPR Certification (Preferred but not required)
