Do:

Collaborate with DON to oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department Assist in developing and implementing nursing policies, procedure, and protocols Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including MDS requirements Coordinate and oversee the MDS assessment process, including accurately and timely completion of assessments Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care outcomes What You will

Need:
