Registered Nurse (RN)
Role & Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, assessing needs through ongoing evaluation and updating care plans accordingly. Offer clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs, ensuring patient well-being and adherence to standards. Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate care that promotes patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial health.
Qualifications & Skills:
Hold an active RN license in the applicable state, with a minimum of one year of skilled nursing experience preferred. Must have a nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree) and CPR certification, maintained current throughout employment. Demonstrate excellent customer service, good judgment, and strong communication skills.
Key Duties:
Implement department policies, provide positive patient interactions, and function productively within a team environment. Maintain compliance with all laws, regulations, and company standards to ensure quality care.
