What You'll Do:
Deliver exceptional acute care and swing bed services, upholding the highest standards of evidence-based practice. Assess and evaluate patient health data to develop and execute personalized care plans. Provide supportive therapies and restorative treatments to promote life and well-being. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, addressing medical, social, and spiritual needs with cultural and age-appropriate care. QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of an Associate's Degree (ADN) from an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must maintain current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado.

Must maintain current CPR Must maintain current ACLS and PALS certification or within 60 days of employment.
