A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Job Description
Requirements Key Responsibilities:
Verify and document attendant skills and competency to perform IHSS and basic consumer safety procedures. Counsel attendant staff on difficult cases and potentially dangerous situations. Consult with the client, authorized representative or attendant in the event a medical issue arises. Investigate complaints and critical incidents within 10 working days. Assure that the attendant is following directives found in the IHSS care plan, through client record reviews. Complete time card review and clearing if required for the billing process.Requirements:
Must have a desire and willingness to learn and demonstrate the ability to accept supervision and follow direction. Must de dependable, reliable and responsible. Must be able to work with others in a professional and ethical manner. Must be accessible after business hoursJob Qualifications:
