Registered Nurse (RN) | Nursing that provides a work-life balance! Greater Danbury Area | Ability Beyond M-F Shift (Full-Time) |

NO ON-CALL

NO WEEKENDS

This role is PERFECT for Nurses who want... A real Monday-Friday schedule (with no rotating shifts) No Weekends or Major Holidays & No On-Call Relationship-Based Nursing, not constant call-bells and turnover Autonomy & Respect for your clinical judgement To teach, lead, and genuinely improve care Nursing that gives YOU your life back! Come use your RN skills in a setting where you can slow down, think, and make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve! No experience with individuals with developmental disabilities (IDD)? No worries. We will teach you!

What you will do:

Provide nursing oversight and coordinate care for individuals in residential settings Collaborate with a supportive team (direct care staff, providers, clinical partners) Strengthen care through teaching, training, and quality/audit activities What we are looking for: Active RN License Minimum 1 year of RN experience Passion for person-centered care Come work with Ability Beyond!
