9659711-06410 Job Description Step into a dedicated role supporting a kindergarten student as a 1:1 School RN on a contract basis. This full-time opportunity is located near Cheshire, CT, and runs from 9:00 AM to 3:35 PM each school day, starting as soon as possible and likely continuing through June. Qualifications & Experience Sought:

Valid RN license in the state of Connecticut Previous experience as an RN in a school or pediatric setting preferred Comfortable working with young children and collaborating closely with educational staff Strong assessment, communication, and organization skills CPR/BLS certification required

Role Responsibilities:

Provide direct, individualized nursing care to a kindergarten student throughout the school day Monitor the students health, administer medications or treatments as needed, and respond to emergencies Document care provided and work collaboratively with teachers, aides, and families Support the students participation in classroom and school activities Communicate health updates and concerns clearly to school staff and parents Maintain confidentiality and uphold all professional standards This role offers consistent daytime hours within the academic calendar and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a students educational journey.
