Opportunity:
The health system has 11 outpatient practice locations Current opening in our 3-physician rural practice site south of Hartford Call is 3 times per year for a full week. Full age range of patients from Pediatrics through Adult 36 patient contact hours No night or weekend office hours required The average daily patient census is 16-18 Patient panel capped at 1600 EPIC EMR Option to teach
Medical Students and Residents Compensation/Benefits:
Guaranteed base salary for 2 years, then production-based for high earnings potential 5 weeks PTO annually, plus 6 holidays, six sick days, and 1 week CME Employer matching 403b retirement Health and dental (with high employer contribution), malpractice with tail Federal loan repayment program available Signing bonus and relocation assistance available
