Staff Development Nurse / Nurse Educator - RN We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Staff Development Nurse / Nurse Educator . This role is ideal for an experienced nurse who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and helping nursing teams strengthen their clinical skills. What You'll Do Coordinate and support orientation and onboarding for nursing staff Provide ongoing clinical education, training, and competency evaluations Identify educational needs and develop training programs for nursing employees Maintain required education and training records Support nursing staff in maintaining clinical standards and best practices Provide coaching and mentorship to new and existing employees Collaborate with nursing leadership on quality improvement and regulatory initiatives Help ensure staff education remains consistent with federal, state, and facility requirements What We're Looking For Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Staff development, education, preceptor, or nursing leadership experience preferred Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing nursing professionals Knowledge of clinical standards and regulatory requirements within a healthcare setting If you're an RN who enjoys developing others and making an impact through education, we invite you to apply.
