Seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position covering Groton, CT and surrounding areas. Mileage between patient visits is reimbursed.Responsibilities:
Perform skilled nursing visits in patients' homes.Complete accurate and timely EMR documentation.
Participate in case conferences.
Coordinate and communicate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Requirements:
Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).Strong nursing, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to travel to patients within the assigned coverage area. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
