BLS Certification Full Job Description Role Overview:

Provides high-quality, patient-centered nursing care by utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Communicates clinical conditions effectively, responding promptly to changes in patient status. Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development principles to deliver age-appropriate care. Supports the nursing profession through collegial interactions and reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current licensure in the state. Certification in Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, maintained during employment.

Skills & Competencies:

Effective verbal and written communication in English. Basic computer skills.
