Compensation BSN:

$73,000-$85,000 annually

ASN:

$69,000-$81,000 annually Based on experience and education What You'll Do Deliver high-quality, comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced outpatient primary care setting: Support planned-care visits, including pre-visit planning and daily huddles Conduct nurse-led and nurse-assisted visits Patient and telephone health education on preventive, chronic, and episodic care Help patients set and monitor self-management goals Administer medications and immunizations under provider orders Wound care, catheterization, and other nursing activities as ordered Follow up on ER visits and hospital discharges Coordinate tests and specialty referrals Accurate, timely EHR documentation What You Bring Active Connecticut RN license in good standing BSN or ASN At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced clinical environment CPR/AED or BLS for Healthcare Providers certification Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese strongly preferred, not required EHR experience a plus

$69,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
