Job Summary Health Source Group is seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide coverage in the health office of an elementary school. The RN will be responsible for addressing healthcare needs that arise during school hours and helping ensure a safe and supportive environment. Schedule 8:45am-3:45pm Responsibilities Provide care in the school health office Assess and treat student illnesses and injuries Administer medications Manage chronic medical conditions Maintain health documentation Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff Provide one-to-one nursing care for medically fragile students Requirements Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Experience caring for individuals with diabetes is strongly preferred. Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and respond confidently to health concerns during school hours. Current BLS/CPR certification required. Prior experience in school nursing, pediatrics, community health, or a similar setting is a plus.

Pay:
