Job Description
CareRite Centers is seeking a compassionate LPN to deliver resident-centered nursing care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. In this full-time, on-site role, you will administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, support rehabilitation plans, and document in the EHR. You will collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to enhance resident comfort, safety, and outcomes.
