Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will deliver expert infusion therapy/vitamin. Your expertise will help manage vitamin administration, including IV infusions, biologics, and specialty treatments such as NAD + and Taurine, Biotin, B-12, etc. You will play a key role in ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care for patients with a variety of medical conditions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your advanced nursing skills in a fast-paced environment committed to excellence and innovation. Responsibilities Start IV's and administer IV vitamin infusions, and biologic therapies with precision and adherence to aseptic technique standards. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and evaluation of treatment responses. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Educate patients and their families on infusion procedures, medication management, and post-treatment care instructions. Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Monitor for adverse reactions or complications during infusion therapy and respond promptly with appropriate interventions. Maintain sterile processing protocols and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized and functioning correctly. Must learn how to compound IV's under a pharmacy hood Qualifications Valid RN license in good standing with current state registration or licensure. Proven experience in infusion therapy or related fields such as critical care, hospital medicine, or outpatient clinics. Proficiency with EHR systems such as ; familiarity with Tebra Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; additional certifications such as ACLS are a plus. Ability to perform venipuncture (venipuncture), IV insertion, and sterile technique confidently. May need to start up to 20 IV's in a day Should be able to speak Spanish, at least enough to get by Join us to make a meaningful difference in patient lives! $41.66 - $50.00 per hour
