Clinical Manager Minimum Education:

The Per Diem Nurse must be a registered nurse with an active license to practice in the State of Connecticut. The Per Diem Nurse may have one of the following: B.S. in Nursing Associates Degree in nursing R.N. from approved diploma school of nursing

Minimum Experience:

One year experience in acute/sub-acute or home care setting

Other Qualifications:

The Per Diem Nurse must possess a valid driver's license and personal vehicle. Active Registered Nurse license in good standing in the State of Connecticut. Provide proof of current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation from American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Physical, mental and sensory abilities sufficient to meet performance criteria with or without assistive devices.
