Job Description

Aesthetic APRN - Botox & Dermal Fillers West Hartford Dental Group & Wethersfield Dental Group West Hartford & Wethersfield, Connecticut Part-Time | Flexible Schedule West Hartford Dental Group and Wethersfield Dental Group are seeking a licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with an interest and/or experience in aesthetic medicine to join our growing practices. We are looking to expand our cosmetic services and create a collaborative dental + facial aesthetics experience for our established patient base. Position Responsibilities The APRN will provide aesthetic services within their permitted scope of practice, which may include: Botox and other neuromodulator treatments Dermal filler treatments Facial aesthetic consultations and treatment planning Patient education and follow-up Appropriate documentation, consent, and clinical protocols Collaboration with our dentists and clinical team to provide a comprehensive approach to facial and smile aesthetics What We Offer Established patient base across two busy dental practices Treatment space and clinical support Opportunity to build an aesthetic patient following without starting a practice from scratch Marketing and patient outreach support Flexible scheduling, including potential evening and/or weekend sessions Opportunity to help develop and grow the aesthetics division of our practices Potential for a long-term partnership as the program expands Qualifications Current and unrestricted Connecticut APRN license Appropriate prescribing authority and credentials required for services provided Botox/neuromodulator and dermal filler training preferred Prior aesthetic injection experience strongly preferred, but we are open to discussing the opportunity with a highly motivated APRN with appropriate training Strong attention to patient safety, facial anatomy, documentation, and natural aesthetic outcomes Excellent communication and patient-care skills Professional, personable, and interested in growing an aesthetic practice Schedule This is initially a part-time/flexible position . We are particularly interested in developing designated aesthetic sessions at our West Hartford and Wethersfield locations, with the possibility of expanding hours based on patient demand. Compensation Competitive compensation structure based on experience and arrangement. We are open to discussing hourly, per-session, or production-based compensation for the right candidate.
