Job Description
Windham Hospital seeks an Inpatient Nursing Educator to lead clinical education across inpatient units. This RN-based role designs, delivers, and evaluates evidence-based orientation, competency validation, and ongoing staff development to support safe, high-quality care. Working closely with nursing leadership, you will assess learning needs, coordinate skills labs and simulations, support new graduates and experienced nurses, and champion quality and patient safety initiatives.
