Registered Nurse (RN)•Day Shift Clinical Leader Charter Senior Living of Woodbridge | Woodbridge, CT $40•42/hour | Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Schedule:
7:00 AM•3:00 PM | On-Call & Manager-on-Duty Rotation Lead Care. Support Your Team. Build Real Relationships. Charter Senior Living of Woodbridge is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) who wants to lead clinical care while still having meaningful interaction with residents and staff — not just pass meds and chart. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys mentoring caregivers, coordinating care, and maintaining high clinical standards in a calm assisted living environment. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license•Connecticut Experience working with older adults preferred Leadership and delegation skills Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving ability Ability to assist with transfers and lift up to 50 lbs What Our Nurses Say "It truly feels like a family here."
