Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus Available Schedule Day Shift | Monday-Friday Flexibility for mid shifts and Open Heart call rotation required Position Overview A premier healthcare system is seeking an experienced and dedicated CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) to join its highly specialized Open Heart Team in Newark, Delaware. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a fast-paced cardiovascular surgical environment alongside an expert multidisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) and open-heart surgical experience with a passion for clinical excellence and teamwork.
