Travel position (flexible assignment timelines based on facility needs)
Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse license, valid in Delaware (or compact state eligibility) Minimum of one year recent perioperative (Operating Room) RN experience BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills Ability to collaborate in fast-paced, multidisciplinary settings
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive perioperative care in the Operating Room, supporting both scheduled and emergency procedures Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR personnel to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes Maintain accurate documentation throughout the surgical process Uphold infection control standards and compliance with facility protocols Provide compassionate support to patients and their families
