An experienced RN with specialized knowledge in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) nursing is needed for an exciting contract opportunity. Schedule:

12-hour day shifts 13-week contract

Qualifications:

Current RN license in good standing Minimum of one year of recent Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) experience required Strong understanding of CVOR procedures, standards, and protocols BLS and ACLS certifications required Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, dynamic OR environments Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:

Assist physicians during cardiovascular surgeries and procedures in the operating room Monitor patients vital signs and condition throughout surgery Ensure strict adherence to sterile and infection control practices Prepare, maintain, and inventory surgical instruments and supplies Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document assessments, care provided, and surgical events accurately
