Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual candidate who can effectively communicate with and support our diverse patient population. AdventHealth offers a supportive, mission-driven environment focused on whole-person care, professional growth, and delivering compassionate, evidence-based services to the communities it serves. This role includes conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, providing prenatal and postpartum care, and performing in-office procedures within scope of practice.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Strong clinical, organizational and educational skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; keen attention to detail Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to all levels of staff Proficient in EMR systems Ability to teach, give and receive feedback and advise Ability to respond to stressful situations in a consistent, professional, and courteous manner, and to handle confidential matters with utmost discretion. Exhibits an optimistic and enthusiastic attitude toward change; shows flexibility and tolerance for ambiguity and varying company culture Demonstrate knowledge of adult learning principles and promote Plan, Do, Study, Act concepts in the work environment Complies with all organizational policy, procedures, standard operating procedures, rule, regulations, accreditation standards, and by-laws

Masters or Doctorate Nursing Practitioner Program Licensure, Certification or Registration Required:
State of Florida ARNP Licensure ARNP Certification through AANP or
