Position:

Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN)

Competitive Wage Scale Shifts Available:

7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM (Rotating Weekends Required)

Incentives:

$500 Referral Bonus - Bring a friend and get rewarded! This position will require the successfully hired candidate to work at least 40 hours weekly and a willingness to work every other weekend as part of a rotating schedule.

Job Duties:

Provide and oversee patient care with a focus on quality and compassionate care Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary clinical team Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by monitoring confidential information Contribute to a positive team culture Perform other duties as assigned or as needed.

Requirements:

Must possess RN license in the

State of Florida :

(Experienced RNs preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply!) BLS Certification Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must Perform duties with professionalism and courtesy at all times Willingness to work every other weekend as part of a rotating schedule Working knowledge health care laws and regulations Highly familiar with HIPAA, Patients' Rights and skilled nursing facility policies and procedures Must be able to pass level II background check and submit valid work references This position requires a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
