A busy medical practice is seeking a professional and detail-oriented LPN or RN to join the team. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support both clinical and administrative functions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with patient intake, vitals, and clinical care Support physicians during exams and procedures Administer medications, injections, and IVs Perform phlebotomy and lab-related tasks Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate patient care, follow-ups, and communication Ensure exam rooms are prepared and stocked Provide excellent patient care and education

Requirements:

Active LPN or RN license (Florida) Phlebotomy experience required IV placement experience required Prior experience in a medical office or outpatient setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Professional and patient-focused demeanor Spanish-speaking ability preferred

Salary Expectation:

$30-$35/hour based on experience.
