Inside Fitness Facility - Bonita Springs FL VeinLife IV Health & Beauty Bar is seeking an experienced, energetic, and health-conscious Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing wellness team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys preventive health, fitness, wellness, and building relationships with clients in a positive gym environment. We are looking for a motivated RN who is confident with IV therapy, enjoys interacting with people, and is passionate about helping others optimize their health and wellness. Position Overview The RN will provide IV hydration and wellness services, perform venipuncture and phlebotomy procedures, educate clients on available wellness services, and help promote the clinic within the gym environment. Between scheduled appointments, the RN will engage with gym members, answer questions, and help generate awareness of our services. Compensation & Schedule Independent Contractor (1099)
Starting Pay:
$40/hour Flexible Part-Time Schedule Opportunity for additional hours as clinic grows Performance-based growth opportunities available Responsibilities Administer IV hydration and vitamin infusion therapies according to provider orders and established protocols Perform successful IV starts with a high level of confidence and professionalism Conduct phlebotomy and blood specimen collection as needed Monitor patients during treatments and document appropriately Maintain compliance with all nursing standards, clinic protocols, and Virginia regulations Educate clients on hydration, wellness, recovery, and available services Maintain inventory and ensure treatment areas remain clean, organized, and professional Build rapport with gym members and clinic clients Assist with in-gym marketing efforts and community outreach Help promote special events, memberships, and wellness programs Communicate effectively with providers and clinic management Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred Strong IV insertion and venipuncture skills required Phlebotomy experience required Current BLS Certification Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable working independently in a wellness-focused environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Experience in IV hydration, concierge medicine, functional medicine, aesthetics, wellness, or emergency medicine Knowledge of peptides and peptide therapies preferred Experience with hormone optimization, weight loss programs, or wellness services a plus Sales, marketing, or business development experience is highly desirable Passion for fitness, health, nutrition, and healthy living Ideal Candidate Our ideal nurse is someone who genuinely lives a healthy lifestyle, enjoys the fitness industry, and loves helping others achieve their wellness goals.
