Job Description

Incredible Health seeks an Emergency Department Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced ED setting. You'll assess and triage patients, perform critical interventions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat diverse, high-acuity cases. As part of a mission-driven, data-informed organization, you'll use evidence-based protocols and modern tools to improve patient outcomes, nurse workflows, and staffing efficiency, while supporting patients and families through urgent and often complex situations. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency department, including assessment, triage, and implementation of care plans Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and ED protocols Monitor, document, and communicate changes in patient condition using EMR systems and standardized reporting Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate high-quality care Support patients and families with education, emotional support, and clear communication during emergencies Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards to ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory requirements Participate in emergency response procedures, including codes, trauma activations, and rapid response events Contribute to continuous improvement through data-driven practices, feedback, and participation in training and audits Required Skills Emergency patient assessment and triage IV insertion and medication administration Cardiac and respiratory monitoring Interpreting EKGs and vital signs Wound care and basic emergency procedures Use of emergency equipment (defibrillator, oxygen, suction) Electronic medical records (EMR) documentation Knowledge of
