Optimal Health is seeking Registered Nurses to provide on-site occupational health services at a Cape Canaveral worksite. This role combines first aid, clinical assessment, emergency response, employee follow-up, and health education. We are looking for nurses who can work independently, communicate clearly, and remain calm when responding to urgent situations. Responsibilities Assess employees who present with illness, injury, or workplace exposure. Provide first aid and nursing care within established protocols and RN scope of practice. Respond to emergencies and coordinate care until EMS arrives when needed. Document visits, treatments, referrals, and follow-up accurately. Communicate relevant health and safety concerns with the appropriate site personnel. Support employee education, wellness activities, and preventive screenings. Qualifications Active Florida RN license or a multistate RN license with authority to practice in Florida. Current BLS certification. Strong assessment, triage, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a worksite clinic. Emergency department, ICU, or occupational health experience preferred. Worksite requirements The worksite requires a high-visibility vest, hard hat, and steel- or composite-toe footwear.
