PM Key Requirements:

Current, unencumbered RN license Previous experience working in an Operating Room setting Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing practice Proficient in scrub and circulating nurse roles during a variety of surgical procedures Demonstrated ability to work effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs Excellent communication and critical thinking skills Current BLS certification (additional certifications preferred) Commitment to maintaining sterile environments and patient safety standards

Primary Responsibilities:
