is a private nephrology practice serving the people of Citrus County since 2019. We provide excellent, compassionate, collaborative outpatient kidney care at the clinic and dialysis centers, and also inhospital care to the people in the community at both HCA Florida, Citrus hospital Inverness and Tampa General Hospital, Crystal River FL. Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and provide appropriate care based on their needs
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and order necessary tests or procedures
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on health management and prevention
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely

Experience:

• Minimum of [X] years of experience as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
• Experience working with diverse patient populations, including children and adults

Skills:

• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
