Job Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with professional standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care and outcomes. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of practice. Previous experience in a home health or acute care setting is advantageous. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
