Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. - Shifts: Tuesday-Thursday, 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
- + Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized care plans.
+ Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive and continuous care.
+ Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols.
+ Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
+ Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- + Excellent interpersonal skill set, demonstrating compassion and respect to patients and family undergoing stressful procedures and treatments.

+ Works independently, self-motivated, takes direction from physician and management to complete assignments. [Required]
+ Maintain safe knowledge of equipment, procedures, supplies, computer, IV pumps, NOVA Glucose monitor, I-STAT, Immediate use sterilization policy and procedures. [Required]
+ Must be proficient in English [Required]
+ Ability to communicate effectively [Required]
- Education:
- + Associate's of Nursing [Required] + Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
- Work Experience:
- + 1+ year medical surgical experience [Required] + 1+ year surgery experience [Preferred]

- Licenses and Certifications:
- + Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) [Preferred] + Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] + Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) [Preferred] + Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) [Preferred] + Registered Nurse (RN) [Required] + Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) [Preferred] + ATD Master Instructional Designer Certified (ATD) [Preferred]
