Role Overview:

As a Home Health Nurse at BrightStar Care of W.Voluisa, you will be responsible for providing high-quality in-home care services to our clients. In this role, you'll be a nurse For SOC or Short visits and you will collaborate closely with our team to ensure the comprehensive care and support of individuals of all ages. Shifts Available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Overnight 9:30pm - 6am

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and implement personalized care plans for clients based on their individual needs. Provide skilled nursing services, including medication management and wound care. Educate clients and families on health management and related services. Maintain accurate and complete client records and documentation. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure clients receive the best care possible.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Valid nursing license in the state of Florida. Previous experience in home health care or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.

Bonus If You:

Have experience working with dementia patients. Able to communicate in Spanish.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position that may include flexible hours from Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in DeLand, Florida.
